Chai, your choice of milk or soy, and steam on
your espresso machine
Cool Drinks: Mix equal portions of chilled
Ambient Moon Chai and cold milk. Serve over
ice. Better yet, add a dollop of ice cream and
enjoy
Chai with a Kick: For an 8 oz cup, mix 3 oz of
Ambient Moon Chai and 3 oz of milk with 1 oz
of rum. Steam on your espresso machine and
serve in an Irish Coffee Mug

This made the tastiest chai latte I’ve had in years! I plan to make a trip to the university again soon just to visit the Doi Chaang cafe in the S.U.B.! The steamy drink they served me today (my first chai latte from Doi Chaang) was wonderfully spicy and strong, yet smooth and creamy as a whole. By the end, I had tipped my cup upside-down to try and get every last drop onto my tongue. Ha! :p I plan to look for the concentrate tonight at the grocery store. Best.
